RULES AND CONDITIONS

1. Unlimited washes of whichever plan you purchased.
2. Valid at any Top Notch Express Location.
3. May upgrade to any higher priced wash, or add extra services by paying the difference at time of wash between your wash and the upgraded price.
4. First month's payments due upon activation.
5. Monthly billing will start 30 days from activation date.
6. May cancel membership at anytime with ten day written notice to Top Notch. (E-Mail is valid also for this.)
7. 10% Off Oil Changes and Detail Services at locations offering these services.
8. Wash Plans are only valid for one privately owned vehicle.
9. To participate in any wash plan, you must take your vehicle to our Evans location (512 N. Belair Rd. in Evans across from the Evans Cinemas). Once there, we will attach an RFID reader label to the windshield of your car. It's about an inch by 3 inches. You will also pay the initial charges and sign the authorization for monthly billing.
10. Top Notch reserves the right to discontinue this plan upon thirty days notice.
