Top Notch has been in business since 1990 and consists of five locations, all offering full service and express service car washes, as well as, detail services. Two of the locations also have oil change and lubes. Each location is located in the Augusta, Georgia area.

In 2007 Top Notch completed a major conversion of their four full service locations to flex service, which offers both full and express service car washes. This conversion included equipment upgrades, the addition of auto pay machines, the addition of electronic street signs, digital camera systems at all locations, some drying canopies, and remodeling to most locations. The purpose for doing this was to improve customer wait times and service. With this change, Top Notch is now Top Notch Express Car Washes.

The current owners, Donald Cawley and Doug Millar, have been in the car wash business since 1990, when they opened their first location. The overall concept of Top Notch has changed from self service, self service and full service, to strictly flex service now. The focus for 2011 is to continue offering great service to their customers, as well as innovative wash plans and a variety of services. Top Notch Car Washes carry a great reputation in the greater Augusta area, winning Best of Augusta eleven straight years and Metro's Best three years. Top Notch plans to maintain the tradition of keeping cars and customers happy!
